PNG Associates is a first-generation business journey that moved from one outlet to brand creation, franchise experience and independent manufacturing.
Our story
A business created from the ground up.
The journey began with the practical reality of serving tea customers. It expanded into franchise operations, where the team learned the importance of product consistency, location, service, training, supply and follow-up. Those lessons led to the creation of Jaggery Adda and later to PNG Associates’ own premix manufacturing system.
Today the focus is clear: build strong products, reliable supply, professional systems and long-term business relationships.

Journey milestones
From counter learning to manufacturing scale.
Started with a single tea outlet
Customer taste, pricing, service speed and day-to-day outlet challenges became the first business classroom.
Entered franchise operations
The team gained experience in outlet setup, training, branding, supply and franchise support across hundreds of installations.
Created Jaggery Adda
A brand identity was built around jaggery-based tea, Bellada Chaha positioning and practical franchise support.
Established own manufacturing
PNG Associates moved into premix production, quality control, packing and repeat supply to reduce dependency and improve consistency.
Crossed 15 tonnes monthly
The company expanded across franchise, B2B, distribution and private-label channels, with a vision to scale beyond 100 tonnes per month in three years.
