2. How the current website works
The current enquiry forms prepare a structured message and open WhatsApp. The static website itself does not maintain a customer database. Information sent through WhatsApp is then handled through the official PNG Associates communication process.

- To understand product, manufacturing, distribution, franchise or factory-visit requirements.
- To assign the enquiry to the appropriate employee.
